Sewing Machine Repair service

Our service department is unique. We won’t try to repair brands we are not trained in. Many of today’s machines are very specialized and require specific training. Our Service technician, Norm Himebaugh, is a certified Gold Star technician trained by Husqvarna and has been repairing machines for over 40 years. We do not do “Tune Ups”. The only right way to fix a sewing machine is to start at the #1 setting in the machine and sequentially proceed through every setting thereafter. This way everything is corrected which is why we guarantee our service jobs for 2 years on all settings.

Central Vacuum Cleaner Repair service

Today much of what we see in the service department is disposable and can’t be repaired but that doesn’t mean we don’t try. Our store doesn’t have a fee to simply check your vacuum cleaner to determine its problem. We service everything we sell and many brands we don’t sell and all of our work comes with a 1-year guarantee. We totally disassemble and wash your vacuum when we do service it so it comes home with no odor and no bacteria living inside of it. We never surprise anyone with an inflated repair bill as full discussion is done before any work is started.
